• Stickers, emojis and digital assets.

• Plush toys, figurines, collectibles and product designs.

• Packaging, product presentation and visual identity.

• Animations, videos, music and sound effects.

• Website design and user interface.

• Texts, descriptions, graphics and photographs.

• Community content created by Naora.

• Future collections, characters, universes and creative works developed by Aeton Sales Performance S.L.

Whether registered or unregistered, these works are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design, unfair competition and other intellectual property laws.

3. Personal Use License

When you purchase a Naora product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our artwork.

• Sell or redistribute our digital files.

• Manufacture products using our designs.

• Produce stickers, plush toys, figures or merchandise based on our creations.

• Modify or create derivative works.

• Use our characters for commercial purposes.

• Register our trademarks or similar names.

• Remove copyright notices or watermarks.

• Use our content in advertising or marketing.

• Use our content to impersonate Naora or create misleading associations.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Aeton Sales Performance S.L., no content belonging to Naora may be:

• used to train artificial intelligence models;

• included in machine learning datasets;

• scraped for generative AI systems;

• reproduced for synthetic media generation;

• used to create datasets, embeddings or similar technologies.

This prohibition applies to commercial and non-commercial uses.

6. User-Generated Content

If you voluntarily share photographs, reviews or other content relating to Naora on our official social media channels or through our website, you retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting such content, you grant Aeton Sales Performance S.L. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and share that content for promotional purposes related to the Naora brand.

7. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed through our website, please contact us with:
