限量商品数量有限,售完即止。下单成功不代表一定完成交易,订单仍需经过付款确认、库存确认及风控审核。

我们保留取消异常订单、重复订单、疑似转售订单或违反公平购买原则的订单的权利。

七、价格、税费与货币

We currently sell stickers and related collectible products. In the future, we may also sell physical products, digital products, limited edition items, apparel, stationery, toys, plush products, artwork, and other branded merchandise.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or purchase under the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

If you purchase on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Accounts and Guest Checkout

Depending on the features available through Shopify, you may create an account or complete your purchase as a guest.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

5. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

Due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches, product colours, details, or dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

6. Limited Editions and Collectibles

Naora may sell limited edition, numbered, or collectible items.

Limited items are available only while stocks last. A successful order submission does not guarantee final acceptance of the order, which remains subject to payment confirmation, stock confirmation, and fraud checks.

We reserve the right to cancel abnormal orders, duplicate orders, suspected resale orders, or orders that violate fair purchase principles.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, clearance charges, or other local costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation only means that we have received your order request.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm payment, accept the order, and begin processing it.

International delivery times may be affected by customs, logistics providers, holidays, force majeure events, or destination-country regulations.

11. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, lost shipments, and related costs are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Depending on applicable law, consumers may have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal. However, exceptions may apply to custom-made products, digital content, opened products where integrity or hygiene is affected, limited collectible items, and other cases permitted by law.

All content related to this website and the Naora brand, including but not limited to names, logos, characters, illustrations, stickers, images, videos, texts, stories, worldbuilding, designs, animations, graphics, packaging, collectible concepts, and visual elements, is owned by Aeton Sales Performance S.L. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, upload, publish, display, use commercially, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights. You only receive the right to use the purchased product for normal personal use.
