退货与退款政策

在 Aeton Sales Performance S.L.,我们希望您对每一次购物都感到满意。如果您收到的商品存在质量问题、运输损坏或发错商品,我们将尽快为您提供解决方案。
一、退货期限
自您收到商品之日起 14个自然日内,您可以申请退货。
退货商品必须符合以下条件:

三、商品损坏、质量问题或发错商品

更换商品;

全额退款。
四、退货运费
若因商品质量问题、运输损坏或我方发货错误导致退货,相关合理运费由 Aeton Sales Performance S.L. 承担。
若因个人原因申请退货,退货运费、国际运输费用以及可能产生的海关税费、进口税或其他相关费用均由买家承担。
五、退货流程
未经客服确认,请勿自行寄回商品。

经审核通过后,我们将向您提供具体退货地址及操作说明。
未经授权寄回的商品可能无法受理。
六、退款说明
收到退回商品并完成检查后,我们将通过电子邮件通知您审核结果。
如符合退款条件,退款将退回至您购买时使用的原支付方式。
退款一般将在 5至10个工作日 内完成,具体到账时间取决于您的银行或支付平台。
七、运输过程中遗失的订单
若物流公司确认订单在运输过程中遗失,您可以选择:

Return & Refund Policy

At Aeton Sales Performance S.L., we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
1. Return Period

4. Return Shipping Costs
